CLEO CLICKS is a multi-state, law-related mentoring support program that empowers at- risk youth through exposure to sports, law and the legal profession. CLICKS, or CLEO Legally Inspired College Kohort of Students, is a law-related mentoring program that promotes academic success, and college and career readiness. Its goal is to increase adolescents’ knowledge of the impact the law has on their everyday lives. It empowers underserved youth to see beyond their current circumstances through consistent, healthy interactions with caring, compassionate adults. The Dr. Ernest Everett Just Mentoring Program is a subcontractor with CLEO CLICKS and offers mentoring for youth residing in the State of NJ.  For more information 


The Montclair NAACP Youth Council is an inclusive group working on civil rights and social justice issues on local state and national levels. They have addressed such issues as:  School to Prison Pipeline, Mayoral elections, Policing and Environmental Racism The mission of the NAACP Youth & College Division shall be to inform youth of the problems affecting African Americans and other racial and ethnic minorities; to advance the economic, education, social and political status of African Americans and other racial and ethnic minorities and their harmonious cooperation with other peoples; to stimulate an appreciation of the African Diaspora and other people of color’s contribution to civilization; and to develop an intelligent, effective youth leadership. The Ernest Everett Just Mentoring  Program partners with the NAACP Youth Council  by coordinating activities and paying the annual dues. For more information


The Black Pilots  of America, Alfred E. Forsythe Chapter’s mission is to advance youth and the general public’s awareness of the importance of general aviation. Career Conversation speakers are aviation professionals ranging in age from World War II Veterans to high school students. The Dr. Ernest Everett Just Mentoring Program partners with  the BPA by hosting an Annual Aviation Awareness Day and paying the dues of youth that aspire to become BPA Members.


Platinum Minds is an Education/Leadership organization that supports young men middle school through high school with high academic achievements. Our mission is two-fold, getting good education and developing leadership skills to change the trajectory of their communities and help boys graduate high school at the top of their class.  We do this through monthly Arete Leadership sessions, our Frederick Douglass Reading Initiative, our scholarship program, bridges initiative and overnight summer camp program.  We accept boys in Grades 6-12 for the leadership program and boys Grades 1-5 for the Reading Initiative.
